Keynote: Thermal management of data centers in the wake of generative AI
Data centers are at the core of digitalisation and we are currently observing a surge in data center energy demand, but all that electrical energy going into these digital factories stops at the heart of the microelectronics, the xPUs leading to greater heat fluxes.
Managing this heat as workloads intensify and legislation around data center resource consumption is leading to the need for European data centers to look at waste heat recovery. All of these thermal management challenges are at the center of this presentation.
